Have this handy when you call
- Year, make and model.
- The VIN, if you can find it. It's on the dash at the bottom corner of the windshield on the driver's side, or on the sticker in the driver's door jamb. Two cars that look identical can take different glass, so this is how we get you an exact price.
- Where the damage is and how big. "About two inches, passenger side, down low" tells us a lot more than "it's cracked."
- Whether your car has lane assist or auto braking. That means a camera, and a recalibration.
- Where the car will be parked. Driveway, garage, apartment lot or work lot.
