Why we're mobile
Nobody wants to spend half a day in a waiting room for a job that takes an hour. So we don't have one. The glass, the tools and the urethane ride in the van, and the van comes to you. Most people go right back to whatever they were doing.
What we do (and don't)
Rock chip repair, windshield replacement, camera recalibration, and back and door glass. That's the list. We'd rather be really good at a short list than mediocre at a long one. If you need something we don't do, we'll tell you and point you to somebody who does.
A few rules we stick to
- We don't sell windshields people don't need. If it can be repaired, we repair it.
- The price on the phone is the price. Give us the VIN and that number is what ends up on the invoice.
- We don't rush the glue. You'll get a real wait time before you drive.
- We do our own recalibrations. It's part of the job, not a referral.
What this area teaches you
Anybody who does glass on the Front Range figures out the same things pretty quickly. The sand on the Monument Hill grade and up Ute Pass causes more chips than anything else in the county. A windshield put in too fast on a 20-degree morning will leak by the second winter. And the difference between a job that lasts and one that doesn't is almost never the glass. It's the twenty minutes of prep nobody sees.
